How do I book a transfer?
You can book online 24/7 using our booking form on the homepage. Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your date and time, choose your vehicle and complete your contact details. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we do accept last-minute bookings subject to availability. For peak travel periods (summer, Christmas, New Year, trade fair dates), we recommend booking as early as possible.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Simply enter the passenger's name in the booking form. Please ensure the passenger has the booking details and driver contact number.
Is there a minimum booking value?
We do not have a minimum booking value. Our prices are fixed and displayed transparently at the time of booking.
Airport Pickups
Do you track my flight?
Yes. We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time. You do not need to inform us of delays.
Where will the driver meet me?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. The exact meeting point depends on the terminal and will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
How long will the driver wait?
We include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international flights (measured from the scheduled landing time or actual landing time, whichever is later), and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and rail connections.
Pricing & Payment
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. The price you see at the time of booking is the price you pay. There are no fuel surcharges, no toll additions and no meter. Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer and cash payment to the driver. Payment options are shown at checkout.
Can I get an invoice for business travel?
Yes. A PDF invoice can be generated from your booking confirmation. For corporate accounts and monthly invoicing, please contact us directly.
During the Transfer
Can I bring extra luggage?
Please declare the number of suitcases and hand luggage items at the time of booking so we can assign the appropriate vehicle. Extra luggage assistance is always included.
Are child seats available?
Yes. Baby seats, child seats and booster cushions are available free of charge. Please request them when booking and specify the age and weight of the child.
Can I make stops during the journey?
Short stops (e.g. to collect another passenger or pick up an item) can be arranged. Please mention this when booking or inform your driver in advance. Extended stops may incur an additional charge.
Cancellations & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.
Can I change my booking?
Yes. Booking changes (date, time, address) can be made by contacting us directly. Changes are subject to availability and may affect the price.
